My personal spiritual journey has taken me over 30 years of learning meditation; emotional healing techniques; self-healing plant-based nutrition; frequency medicine modalities and medical devices; breath & mantra systems; pyramid, medicine wheel and other such ancient wisdom; and from MANY natural healers, gurus, shamans, naturopaths, holistic doctors, nutritionists, etc. - in many cases travelling to various international sacred destinations including Mexico, Peru, Egypt, India, Africa, France, England, Austria, Norway, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and more, to learn this knowledge.

In addition, my vast spiritual training has included 5-year apprenticeships with both Don Miguel Ruiz, Mexican Shaman and author of THE FOUR AGREEMENTS and Sri Swami Kaleshwar, Indian Guru and cosmic guide for cleansing our soul with THE FIVE ELEMENTS MANTRAS.

Currently studying the work of Jose Arguelles, developer of the DREAMSPELL SYSTEM, a reinterpretation of the 13-Moon/28-Day Mayan Calendar that emphasizes personal and collective transformation through a 260-Day Tzolkin Matrix of 20 Solar Seals and 13 Lunar Tones; creator of the FOUNDATION for the LAW OF TIME; author of THE MAYAN FACTOR: PATH BEYOND TECHNOLOGY and many other books; organizer of the global HARMONIC CONVERGENCE; and a co-founder of EARTH DAY.  His legacy and its interpretations encourage: a deeper understanding of our purpose in life; how to achieve that purpose; daily ascension tools; our place in the universe; and the interconnectedness of all beings.

Plant-Based Nutrition Activist...

After being diagnosed with Cancer and given instructions by doctors to receive chemotherapy and radiation, Joya chose alternative Self-Healing techniques instead.  As a vegetarian for over 30 years and a vegan for over 10, she went on a very strict plant-based, no oil, no salt, no sugar diet.  Along with other alternative healing devices such as the Bemer (Class II FDA approved medical device); the Biocharger (Tesla and Rife based frequency medicine); Supplements; Mistletoe Injections. Vitamin C and Quercetin IV's; Mantras; and many other Self-Healing modalities learned over the years.  Joya now shares that knowledge with you & yours in Sedona Wellness Weekend Retreats.
